Our Family Support Outreach Service helps families with children under the age of 5 years.  We help families, in our local area, through a combination of home visiting support, group support, one-to-one meetings and social activities.  Whilst working with families we create a tailored support package based on families’ individual needs.  We achieve this by working with a range of other caring professionals to help support you and your family.  We also provide information about our services and inform parents/carers of any other external services that they may be interested in.

Our objectives include working in partnership with parents to promote the well being of each family as a whole, and enabling families to manage their family life with increased confidence and independence.  We are able to offer help and information with home management, parenting skills and child development.  It may be that you have a few simple questions you would like to ask us, if so please contact us and if we are unable to provide you with a particular service at the centre then we will always signpost you to other services.
