Women’s Only Exercise

These sessions are FREE and strictly women only, so you can feel free to let your ‘hair down’ – literally. 

Whether you want to improve: Cardiovascular health •Muscular strength • Muscular endurance • Muscular tone • Flexibility • Core stability and balance • Speed and agility • Body composition

These classes are designed to increases your heart rate, burns fat and is a feel-good workout with a group of supportive, enthusiastic women.

There are 2 classes at Old Oak:

Mondays Class – Boxfit / Circuit Training with Hannah
18.30 – 19.30 pm

Wednesday Class – Martial Arts with African Dance run by Vital Energy.
10.00 – 11.00 am

Please note: free crèche is only for the Wednesday class which needs to be booked 2 days in advance.
